RHLL Coupon and Spring Shopping Guide!
As always, Reston-Herndon Little League will provide most of the equipment our players need to take the field this spring. However, there is some gear that our families will need to provide for their players, or that families may want to purchase for themselves.
The only gear that families need to provide for their players are a baseball glove, cleats, and a protective cup for higher level players. Baseball bats, helmets, uniforms, and catcher’s equipment are always provided by the league.
To help our families purchase the gear they need, Dick’s Sporting Goods at the Dulles Town Center is offering this coupon for 20 percent off throughout the store between March 16 an 17. (Please note, this coupon is only valid at the Dulles Town Center Dicks during these dates.)

Spring Season Gear Checklist
To help you plan, here is a short spring season gear checklist for our players:
Need to have:
- Baseball glove
- Protective cup
- Cleats (for AA-Majors)
Optional:
- Extra gray baseball pants — our players get pretty dirty throughout the season.
- Long-sleeve undershirts for those cold early games
- USA Certified Bat (See details on bat certification here.)
- Batting gloves
- Batting helmet (AAA and Majors players, please review our new helmet standards regarding jaw guards/c-flaps)
- Water bottle
Again, RHLL will supply batting helmets, bats, and uniforms, so there is not much our families need to provide for their players.
